Being Tender
Be ever so gentle with yourselves, be gentle with your needs, with your practice, with your circumstances in life, with your heart. Be gentle with each other. Life is so short. Watch the challenges of mind come and go, bow often, and connect with life deeply, whether you are in bliss, in agony, in balance, just bow, lean into it. Be vulnerable; life is. Weep, and dance, and laugh, and try hard, and then, try not at all. Just relax and open to life. Each moment is the opportunity for freedom, the gate of “just now”, whatever honored guest arrives.
